Welcome To Villa Boselli
Villa Boselli was built in the early twentieth century and became the most beautiful summer residence of the family which gave birth to Clara Boselli, wife since 1898 of Senator Giovanni Agnelli, the legendary founder of the fabulous Fiat empire and the owner of a major real estate portfolio in Levanto. After ups and downs, in 1956 it was purchased by Mortimer Leslie Nathanson, London lawyer, who symbolically renamed it "Villa la Pietra", making it a destination for their summer and sometimes winter holidays for 20 years. In 1976 it was sold to the current owners who have extensively rebuilt returning it to its former glory in strict compliance with the original architectural style.
The portion of the Villa currently available for rental options consists of two apartments on the first floor and second floor of the building for a total of eleven beds. Both housing units have terraces and stunning sea views.
The apartment on the first floor consists of three bedrooms, suitable for comfortably accommodate five people, two bathrooms, kitchen, a large sitting room from which, as well as from the master bedroom, you have access to great terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment on the second floor consists of an entrance hallway, two bedrooms, a living room which it is converted into an additional room, to be used as a sleeping area, thus allowing the use of the property to six people, with terrace stunning sea views accessible from the bedrooms and the living room. The two apartments are also available separately, in order to ensure maximum flexibility and availability to customers.
